Choosing Your Participation Dates

Please select a camp schedule that suits your child's level and enthusiasm.

Bilingual Course

- Japanese is prohibited.
- Participants should have a level of understanding of basic instructions and everyday conversation.
- Children who can commit to living without using Japanese.
* Speaking Japanese may reduce the immersion experience in English for everyone. Participants may be asked to distance themselves from certain activities. Your cooperation in adhering to this is greatly appreciated.

Challenger Course

This course is suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
During activities, only English is used - ENGLISH ONLY is strictly enforced.
While we encourage children to converse in English as much as possible, this course does not prohibit the use of Japanese.

Summit Course

This course is for those who want to further enhance their advanced-level English skills.
Many American children participate in this course.
It includes elements such as presentations and focused learning.

Application and Payment

You can apply for the camp at www.eigocamp.jp. Please fill out the form with the information of the parent/guardian and the participating child and submit it.

You will receive a confirmation email for your application and payment instructions.

For credit card payments, we only accept one-time payments. Credit card payments may take 2-5 business days to process.

Your application will be finalized once your payment is confirmed.

Please inform us in detail about any allergies your child may have at the time of application. Please provide detailed allergy information, food allergies, and any medication currently being taken.

If you have any other concerns regarding daily life, please be sure to inform us.

Request for Email Settings

Depending on your email settings, you may not receive emails. If you do not receive emails from Momenta Kids, please contact us via official LINE or phone. Email settings may sometimes block emails from @momentakids.com, so please adjust your settings to receive emails from this address. Emails from mobile phone addresses may be less likely to be received. We recommend using a computer email address.

Activity Schedule, Activity Content, and Packing List

About one month before the camp, we will send you the activity schedule, activity content, and packing list to the email address you registered.

It includes important information such as precautions, meeting places, and times. Please review it with your child and prepare the necessary items. If you encounter any problems during the camp, please discuss with your family what to do.

Camp Preparation

Children and parents who are participating in camp for the first time may feel a little anxious. Many children participate alone, but we create a fun and friendly environment where they can make friends quickly.

Some children may experience homesickness. We create an environment where they can make friends with new friends through fun activities to alleviate these feelings of homesickness.

We recommend that you allow your child to experience staying away from home once before participating in camp.

During Camp

We will upload photos during the camp on Facebook and Instagram. We will share as many photos and videos as possible, but your child may not appear in all of them. Please understand in advance.

After Returning Home

If there are professional photos taken during the camp, we will share them with you. There may also be photos taken by camp staff only. We will inform you by email at a later date after the camp has ended.

If you have forgotten something or accidentally taken a friend's belongings home, please contact us via email.
